Scars/Piercings/Unique Marks: She has a large surgical scar on her right wrist including a drill hole due to brain surgery. Large surgical scars one on stomach from above waist to below pelvic bone, one above waist below lumbar/sacral,on back both surgical from previous double tumor removal. Both ears pierced.

Circumstance: Alicia was last seen driving her a burgundy 4 door 1998 Grand Am in Romulus, Michigan on August 27, 2008. She had just gotten her car out of impound from a previous car theft. She has never been seen again. Alicia is a very ill young woman with many life-threatening conditions. She loves her independence and her car represents this for her. Alicia would not abandon her vehicle.

Her car was found abandoned a week later on the east side of the city of Detroit, at Mt. Elliott and E. Vernor.

Alicia has a life threatening spinal tumor that is inoperable. She was also diagnosed with MS and also has Hydrocephalus to add to her many life threatening conditions. Alicia is missing all of her medicines and all of her medical conditions could result in death or permanent brain and spinal cord damage. She may not even know who she is and may have amnesia or brain damage.

All of her personal items were left behind. Alicia has full medical insurance that is unused, no cell phone and she needs several medications. She also has Social Security Disability Benefits which she hasn’t accessed.
