Circumstance: Donnie was last seen walking in an apartment complex near his home. He was last seen collecting cans from a dumpster in Ocoee Village Apartment complex at the third dumpster by a resident that lived at the apartment near the dumpster. He did not drive and was in clear mental health. He left several small dogs and puppies at his home. He bread these dogs for extra income and loved them very much. His favorite dog was found ran over the day he disappeared.
