Circumstances: The last known sighting of Marlane Koue, 54, was at the Pizza Port restaurant on Carlsbad Village Drive in Carlsbad, CA early on the evening of Oct. 1, 2012 according to police. She has not communicated with her relatives or friends since which is out of character.
