Mr. Higgins came home from work early. Which was “unusual.” Left wife & kids after an “argument” at home. Left in his vehicle, a bright blue,1955 Chevy Pickup Truck. He took very little of his belongings with him. He did not pick up his last paycheck. He has never been seen or heard from since, nor has his social security number used. Mr. Higgins would be 85 years old today.
