Scars/Piercings/Unique Marks:  Scar on right side of head from forehead to back of skull from a cranial plasty surgery.

Scar is covered by hair and is not visible; Titanium screws in head and left wrist.

Circumstance:

MEDICAL ALERT:
According to Chief of Neurosurgery at San Francisco General Hospital, Sean’s condition put him at significant risk of death if he’s not found soon. Sean was last seen visiting a former teacher at the French American International High School located at 150 Oak Street, in San Francisco on May 21, 2013 at 11:40 a.m. Sean left the school on foot in an unknown direction and has not been seen since.  Prior to his missing status, Sean suffered a traumatic brain injury and he’s in need of URGENT medical attention.
