Circumstances: Chris was checked into Manatee Glens Hospital
now known as Centerstone on June 25, 2003 after two weeks he was discharged and referred to The Salvation Army. He disappeared and never made it there. The sheriff’s office told family that Chris applied for a phone in 2012. However the address used wasn’t a real address and it’s unknown if Chris’s identity was or has been stolen.
