Circumstances: Travis was with his father before he went missing at Groceries Plus store in Hazleton, Pa. on 11/15/2018 around 12:00 PM. He was reported being seen the next day at the 15th Street Beer Barn located at 802 W. 15th St., Hazleton around 10:30 PM by an acquaintance and that was the last time he was seen.
