Circumstance: Ian was last seen in NYC around 139th Street and Riverside Avenue. Ian left his Richmond, VA residence on December 26, 2011 and traveled to NYC by bus to visit friends. His parents had their last contact with Ian on December 27, 2011 via text message. Ian also made contact with his roomate on December 30, 2011. Ian left the Riverside Drive apartment building he was staying at on December 30, 2011 around 4 pm. He took a jacket and his ID with him, but left his personal items and his cell phone inside the apartment. He has not been seen or heard from since.
