Circumstance:  Earl “Bubba” Kidder went fishing with two friends on March 28, 2010 and phoned saying the fishing was going well. However, he never showed up the next morning to attend a physician appointment with his ill mother. He has not been seen seen or heard from since. His family, children and friends are extremely worried.
