This was not an unusual practice as many times she would go out in the driveway and talk to her friends on her cell phone. This time, however, she never came back into the home. Her vehicle was found a few hours later, abandoned in an intersection in East St. Louis, IL, and still running with the keys in the ignition. The driver’s side door was open. Phoenix has not been seen or heard from since. They beg anyone with any information, no matter how insignificant, to please come forward. If someone is afraid to come forward, at the very least…please send an anonymous letter and give the information needed to law enforcement so that it may lead to finding their child.
