Circumstance: William was last seen on October 25, 2005 in Victor, New York. On the morning of his disappearance, he had his car, a gray 2000 Toyota, repaired at the Eastview Mall. At around 4:00 – 5:00 p.m., his car was found abandoned on Walworth-Ontario Rd., north of Route 441 in Walworth, New York. Although it was raining, the vehicle’s windows were rolled down and the door was left open. An hour after the car was found, someone matching William’s description was seen walking south along the road. William is a loving father whose disappearance is out of his character. He has family in Boston, Florida and New York. Investigators believe he is missing under suspicious circumstances.
