Circumstance: Stephen was last seen leaving his Acworth, Ga., home on the night of Nov. 18, 2004. He was picked up by an unknown person and said he would be home later. He has not been seen or heard from since. The FBI is involved in this investigation but no evidence of what may have happened to Stephen has been released. For the past six years Stephen’s mother has been holding vigils, spreading awareness and organizes searches for her son. His family desperately need answers.
On January 1, 2005, six weeks after he vanished, one of his Harley-Davidson boots was found in a wooded area near his home. Despite a lengthy and on-going investigation, Cox’s disappearance remains unsolved.
