Circumstance: An Army veteran, Steven Dean disappeared on August 15, 2019 and his family extremely worried. Steven’s wallet/debit card and all his belongings were inside his residence and his car was parked in his parking spot. His phone was located by police in the grass behind a store across the street from where he lives. This is not in his character and family asks for the public’s help.
