Circumstance: Roxanne was last seen on July 7, 2006 at approximately 8:30 p.m. at a Budget Inn hotel in the vicinity of I-35 and Rundberg in Austin, Texas. She had had an argument with her boyfriend, who said she then left all of her possessions, including her cell phone, behind. She hasn’t been seen since and this is not in her character as Roxanne was very close to her mother and sisters.
