Circumstance: Julia and her husband were staying at a summer home in the South Seaside Park section of Berkely Township in Ocean County, in NJ. At approximately 7:00PM, Julia indicated she was going to take a walk to the beach which was only one house away. When Julia did not return, family contacted authorities. Julia suffers from Alzheimer’s disease.
