Circumstances: Juan was traveling and known to ride trains. His backpack was found carrying his personal things including, his phone, wallet, sleeping bag and ID in Stanfield, Oregon, near the railroad tracks, in November 2019. Family last heard from him in August when he was enroute to the state of Washington. May be among the homeless.
