Circumstance: Frank Frazier was 18 years old and a student at
Alief Elsik High School when he disappeared. His sister arrived home only to find their home in disarray with blood in the home and Frank gone. He has never been seen since. Frank was not in the drug crowds nor gangs and his disappearance is not in his character. His family seeks needed answers as to what happened to Frank and where is he?
