Circumstances: Chris was working out of town and staying at the Monohans Affordable Home Homes RV Park in Monohans Texas. He was seen walking from the RV park around 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, August 13, 2017. That was the last time he was seen. No activity on cell phone or bank cards. He left his RV and all his belongings. His Tahoe was still at the RV Park.
