Case Number: 2010-02301 NamUs MP # 7590
Circumstance: Carrie Ann Monroe, 26, was last seen around 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at the Comfort Motel on Berlin Turnpike. She was staying with her boyfriend, who is also the father of her two-year-old son. She was missing for at least 5-6 days while the boyfriend was in charge of the child and did not report her missing. Her father discovered something was not right and filed the police report on January 30, 2010. The boyfriend was taken into State Police custody for unrelated charges at the time. He has never been charged with causing her disappearance. It is unknown what may have happened to Carrie and if she may be “out in the world somewhere” without the ability to make contact with family or friends. Carrie would never have abandoned her children or family. (She has two young sons.) They are forever searching and asking if you have information to please make contact with authorities. Thank you.
