Case Number: 12-M01831
Circumstance: Bobby was last seen in Mount Vernon, WA on Feb 6, 2012. He had an emotional break and hadn’t slept for a week and hadn’t eaten in 4 days. His mother took him to Skagit Valley hospital, but he refused treatment. She was driving home when approximately 9:30 pm, he jumped from her car at the Division Street bridge, and headed toward the river. Three weeks later, his wallet with his ID Social Security Card and money was found by the river. Due to Bobby’s emotional condition he is considered to be at risk. A search of the river has not turned up a body. While he was caught on the survielliance camera walking toward the river (at edge) there is nothing to show that he may not have come back up and out in a different area away from the camera view. He may be living with the homeless population in and out of shelters or on the streets. He may appear to be agitated or scared if approached.
