Circumstance: Bianca was last seen in the area of John R North of E. Grand Blvd. when her father said he was carjacked by two unknown black males. His 2004 Silver Grand Marquis was located a short time later with Bianca missing from her car seat. In October of 2012, Bianca’s father was found guilty of first-degree felony murder and child abuse and was sentenced to life in prison. Bianca’s mother thinks Bianca is still alive and may have been sold.
