male with a dark complexion. Tracy has a history of heroin addiction, and just prior to her disappearance she had left a treatment center in Kennet Square . There has been no activity with her Social Security number since she disappeared. Tracy had been known to leave home on occasion, but would always stay in touch with her family. Regardless of her addictions, her family loves her and misses her very much. They fear she is living on the streets in drugged areas or has passed away. She has not been seen since.  In 2012 she was declared deceased, albeit her family are still desperately searching for her. The possibility, while slim, is she could be living on the streets. Please continue to look for her and if you have any information to please contact authorities.
