Circumstance:  Steven T. Koecher was last seen ( on a video surveillance camera) on December 13 in the Sun City Anthem area of Henderson, Nevada. The camera shows Steven parking his car

and leaving it there. He walked down the sidewalk, crossed the street, and walked out of the frame.  He has not been seen or heard from since.
