Circumstance: Parker was last seen on Nov. 17, 2011, when she dropped off her twin children at their father, Dale Smith’s townhouse. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, white t-shirt, blue Florida Gator’s zip up hoodie jacket and flip flops. Smith was reportedly the last person to see her. He was named the prime suspect in the case, but no charges have been filed.
