Scars/Piercings/Unique Marks:  His wole right leg has a burn scar, he has a scar on left ankle, he  broke the  ankle and has a plate and 7 screws.

Other:  At time missing he had a mustache and goatee.

Circumstance:  Matthew was to board a Greyhound bus from El Paso, Texas in the afternoon of February  15, 2011. It is not clear if he ended up boarding the bus. He was enroute to his  father’s home in Marshall, Texas and never arrived. Matthew would not go without  contacting his family, children or friends. There has been no activity on his  bank account nor did he have a cell phone. The clothing that Matthew wore is  unknown. His family is extremely worried and fearful for his well being. Matthew  would not go without making contact with someone. He is also in need of his  prescription medication and it is unknown if he has it with him.
