Circumstance:  Marble Ace Arvidson has been missing from the Brattelboro, VT area since Hurricane Irene. He was last seen at his home in Brattleboro, VT at approximately 2:15pm on August 27, 2011.  He had left a note indicating he was going for a hike.  He had plans to meet his girlfriend at 4pm and was expected to return before then.  One of Arvidson’s housemates had heard him talking at the door with an unknown man just before leaving.  It is not known if Arvidson left with the unidentified man.    The following day hurricane Irene hit causing flash flooding and damage throughout much of the state.  Areas of southern Vermont were some of the hardest hit, complicating the search for Marble. UPDATE From Family website: Friends and Family of Marble Arvidson are looking to speak to the individual who visited with Marble on Saturday at his home in West Brattleboro prior to his disappearance. This person is not considered a suspect but we believe they may have critical information on where Marble was going and what he might have been doing. Additionally, we would like to talk with anyone who saw or spoke to Marble on Saturday regardless of the time or location to help us better understand what he did that day.
