Circumstance: Last seen the afternoon of March 19, 2013 in the area of Burton and Division wearing a white tshirt and black slacks. Latrice’s hair was worn down with a scarf wrapped on her head of blue, green, yellow and black stripes. She did not pick up her child from school and it is extremely concerning for her family, and children, that she has just disappeared. She would not go without making contact with her family and children. They ask the public to please help look for her.
