Circumstances: Air Force Veteran, Forrest Treat, was seen on home surveillance video,from Glenn Hollow Drive in Union County, which shows him on Monday, February 25th put his wallet and cell phone in his work truck and then walked away. Minutes later, Treat was caught on another camera walking normal and smoking. This is totally out of his character. He has not been seen since.
