Circumstance: Last seen taking out rubbish from her Highland Home address. Later it was reported she may have been seen walking down Highway 331. The FBI is offering a $10,000 reward and her family manages a fund of $3,500 more for a total reward of $13,500, leading to information towards her safe return.
