Circumstance:  Fay was last seen on March 7, 2012 in Bethel, Maine and frequents the Lewiston/Auburn area.  Fay has serious medical/mental health conditions and does not have access to her medications. She wears a medical alert necklace for her pacemaker. Her landlord discovered she had been missing for approx. 4 days before she was reported missing. Her loved service dog, Sassy, was left at home alone.

Per the daughter of missing Fay Johnson, Joleen Mitchell, Fay may have actually gone missing on or around the 29th of February 2012. She fell off the grid as of March 7, 2012. If anyone remembers seeing her walking or along side of the road during that time, please call the Maine State Police or the Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
