Circumstance: On May 25, 2001, Donna Lagermann disappeared without a trace leaving behind her 15 yr. old daughter and 16 yr. old son. She was last seen by her ex-boyfriend, Gary Weaver, when she picked him up to give him a ride to an automobile repair shop. She never returned home. It is believed that Weaver was stalking and harassing her prior to her disappearance. Weaver was held by the Crawford County Sheriff’s Dept for two days and was given a polygraph test twice, which he failed both times.
