Circumstances : Mr. Hall left his Penn St. Home and hasn’t been seen since. He may be extremely despondent due to recent health changes. His family is extremely worried and have been searching for him. His truck was located at the Route 5 Short Stop Truck Stop in Leavittsburg, Ohio. He was spotted on a local business video surveillance and was walking west on the eastbound traffic towards Ravenna, Ohio about a 1/4 of a mile past the truck stop at 10:30 am on Sunday, Jan. 25th.  Mr. Hall may be disoriented or confused. Please check your own property if you live on this route in case he is seeking shelter on your property. While searching your own property, please take a blanket with you, for him for warmth, and Call 9-1-1 if you spot him or any of his clothing/property. The weather is pretty cold so time is of the essence.  There is the hopeful possibility that he may have obtained a ride and dropped off anywhere, so we ask that awareness be made by placing posters in a 100 mile radius of last known location. If spotted, please keep him in your site and call 9-1-1.
