Circumstance: Mandy was last seen at an apartment she shared with her 28-year-old brother. Neighbors overheard an argument and her brother later described it as a small tiff. He said he was in the shower when his sister left to run some errands and that she said she would be right back, Mandy’s boyfriend later said that he spoke with her while she was in the car driving, but the call was cut short because she either lost service or the cell phone was turned off. Two days later, Mandy’s locked car was found abandoned by a ravine with her wallet and cell phone in the glove compartment.
